Current Projects:
Lives M-Learning
LIVES is research project lead by the Network and Internet Computing laboratory at the UBC. It is an end-to-end technological solution that bridges the gap between populations with a high proliferation of mobile phones and a learning community that creates and publishes educational material over the telephone.
Research Methods – Women Online University
This program is part of our broader commitment to expanding educational access for Afghan women and girls, particularly in areas that foster critical thinking, inquiry, and independent knowledge production.
Parenting Course for Afghan Families
PAC is proud to share the successful design and implementation of our Parenting Course Project. This initiative was created to support families with practical knowledge, culturally responsive guidance, and a safe space for learning, sharing, and connection.

VIFAS
VIFAS is a not-for-profit, non-political educational entity to promote Afghan culture and heritage and increase awareness of the past, present and future of Afghanistan.
Caravan TV
One of the major achievements of PAC is the one-hour TV program called “Caravan TV” that is broadcasted on OMNI.
BC Firefighters Partnership
PAC, with the assistance of BC Firefighters, collected firefighter gear and equipment for Afghanistan.
Al-taqwa School in Kabul
Al-taqwa secondary school was originally opened in 1992 in Peshawar, Pakistan to serve the educational needs of Afghan immigrant children and youth. Al-taqwa is famous for its 15+ years of experience, equipped science labs for practical work, and skilled teachers.
First Afghan Heritage Day
The Afghan community proudly celebrated its first ever Heritage Day festival in BC. This was the first time the community had an opportunity to showcase Afghanistan as seen through the eyes of many Afghans residing in Canada.
Antura – Learning the Dari Alphabet Through Play
PAC, in partnership with Games Without Borders, is proud to introduce Antura, an innovative and engaging way for children to learn the Dari alphabet through play.
Centre of Excellence for Innovation & Research
To support the Psychology and Educational Sciences Faculty (PESF) of Kabul University (KU) in all domains of education including cognitive, affective and psychomotor using state-of-the-art technological advances.
Group Trauma Therapy Project
This project was created for Kabul University (KU) faculty and students.
Education for Deprived Children of Afghanistan
With the use of new technology, PAC, in partnership with other organizations, will be able to provide state-of-the-art, cost-effective education for those children who are deprived and have no hope of education towards becoming an equal member of society.
Three Afghan Girls
Not-for-profit program to promote humanitarian support for girls/women not in Canada: who have been injured and traumatized in Afghanistan.
Training the Trainers – Freshte Nejat School, Kabul
PAC is proud to lead the Training the Trainers project in partnership with Freshte Nejat School in Kabul—a powerful initiative designed to create lasting impact for children, families, and communities.
Humanitarian Aid Initiative in Afghanistan
Through generous donations and community support, essential aid was delivered directly to women who are courageously caring for their children under very difficult circumstances.
